3 exercise, at least 30 seconds each, try to breathe deeply while stretching.
1. On the floor, one knee on the mat, the other leg in front as much as possible (keep distance from the other one), move forward keeping the back straight. Alternate legs.
2. Back on the floor, legs straight, arms to the side in a cross position. Touching your right knee with your left hand, bring your right knee on the left side. Change leg.
3. Sit on the floor, right leg straight forward, the left knee at 90° angle to the side. Try to touch the forward foot with the left hand. Change leg.
