Try to be aware of your own level. Use the video links to see the correct movements. Practice this workout every 2 days (1 day workout-1 day recovery).

USI Sport Workout at home - beginner - #1

WARM UP - 6'

1. Jumping Jack: 2 set, 1' repetitions, 30" rest

2. Jogging: 2 set, 1' repetitions, 30" rest

STRENGHT ZONE - 30'

3. Push up: 4 set, 12 repetitions, 1' rest

4. Pull up: 4 set, 8 repetitions, 1' rest

5. Squat: 4 set, 15 repetitions, 1' rest

6. Crunch: 4 set, 15 repetitions, 1' rest

7. Burpees: 3 set, 10 repetitions, 1' rest

8. Plank Position: 3 set, 30"repetitions, 1' rest

STRETCHING - 5'

9.Total body stretching

WARM UP - 7'

1. Cardio Workout : 2' set,

2. Mobility exercise: 5' set, 

STRENGHT ZONE - 30'

3. Incline Push up (the higher the support the easier is the exercise): 4 set, 12 repetitions, 1' rest

4. V- Squeeze: 4 set, 8 each side, 1' rest

5. Basic Lunges: 4 set, 15 each side, 1' rest

6. Crunch, feet off: 4 set, 15 repetitions, 1' rest

7. Cardio and Legs (alternate lunges): 3 set, 10 repetitions, 1' rest

8. Slow Mountain Climber : 3 set, 45"repetitions, 30' rest

STRETCHING - 5'

9.Total body stretching
