High-intensity, functional outdoor training inspired by military circuits and obstacle courses. The watchword is “teamwork”; team spirit will guide you through the activity.

The training is led by sports trainer Margherita Quadri.

Route

Starting from the courtyard of USI east campus, you continue along the river to parks and facilities for performing free body circuits. You return by the same route.

Level

The activity is suitable for all levels with modifications for beginners and extra challenges for the more experienced. If you have any doubts about the possibility of participating in the lesson, please contact us at sport@usi.ch.

When

The meeting is scheduled for Monday, 7 July at 6.30 p.m. in front of the Sport Service desk, located at the Campus Est in Viganello, via La Santa 1 (sector D - Office D0.07). Return is scheduled for 20:00.

Equipment

It is mandatory to arrive with outdoor shoes and sports clothing. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) with you.
Changing rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Price

• USI/SUPSI students: 10 CHF
• USI/SUPSI collaborators: 15 CHF
• Family members: 20 CHF 

Partecipation

The activity will only be held if there are at least 4 participants, with a maximum of 20 people. In case of adverse weather conditions, the event will be cancelled and all participants will receive a full refund.

Refund conditions

• Reimbursement of 100% upon presentation of a medical certificate
• Reimbursement of 80% by June 20
• Reimbursement of 50% by June 29
• No reimbursement for non-attendance

To proceed with the claim, contact the Sport Service via email indicating the event and reason for cancellation. Based on the date of the request, refund conditions will be applied.

Please be aware that the number of participants is limited and the order of entry of registrations/payment will be taken into account. It is not possible to reserve seats in advance without making payment.
