Functional Step

 

Functional Step is a guided workout that applies resistance exercises combined with functional movements in a creative way using a step.

 

The proposed rhythm and sequence make the class very dynamic and allows one to improve one's coordination skills, resistant strength and balance.

Level

Fair physical fitness is required and therefore not suitable for beginners, and a minimum sense of musical rhythm is necessary. If you have any doubts about your suitability, please contact sport@usi.ch.

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.
