Open Days Sport 2025
From Monday, September 22 to Thursday, September 25, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Sport Service will be present at the West Campus, next to the USI Truck, to promote and present all sports activities.
All USI and SUPSI students and staff will have the opportunity to learn more about the Classes & Games program and the outdoor sports activities offered by the Sport Service, organized at the nautical bases in Greece and the alpine bases in Airolo and Andermatt. During the event, it will also be possible to visit the East Campus Sports Hall with one of our instructors.
The event will also offer opportunities for fun and recreation: a ping pong table and football table will be available, as well as the chance to participate in daily sports challenges with surprises!
The “Open Days Sport” are also an opportunity to try out all the Classes & Games scheduled from Monday to Thursday free of charge and without the need to book.
Class schedule
It will be possible to participate free of charge in all Classes & Games scheduled in Lugano from Monday, September 22 to Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Participation
This activity is open to the entire USI and SUPSI community free of charge. You do not need to have a Sport Service membership to take part in the event. We invite anyone interested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the class.
In the event of overbooking, those who are unable to participate in the class because it is already full will be invited to try it for free the following week in one of the Classes & Games schedule.
Practical information
We recommend wearing appropriate clothing for sports activities and bringing a bottle of water and a towel. Changing rooms with showers are available for all participants in the Sports Hall.
In case of bad weather, the event will still take place and the program may be subject to change. The updated schedule will be available on this page.
