Lesson packages

Lesson packages are a combination of lessons offered by instructors specialising in wellness and dance.

The following two packages are currently offered:

• Wellness Package (includes Yoga, Pilates and Meditation)
• Dancing Classes (Includes Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, Reggaeton, Caribbean Dances, Step Dance and Zumba)

Participation

In order to participate in individual classes, you need to be in possession of one of the following packages: 'Wellness Package', 'Dancing Classes' or the 'Classes and Games' single subscription.
In addition, it is compulsory to book for each proposed appointment via the online calendar or directly on the dedicated app.
Lessons included in the package must be consumed within one year of purchase, and one entry will be deducted for each appointment booked.

To register for Sports service activities, it is essential to have a MyWellness account; in its absence, proceed by filling out the following registration form.

Classes and Games Subscription 

The Sport Service reserves the right to make changes and/or additions during the above-mentioned periods. During the university lecture period (18/09/2023 to 22/12/2023 and 19/02/2024 to 31/05/2024), class scheduling is complete. During the exam break (from 04/09/2023 to 17/09/2023, from 08/01/2024 to 18/02/2024 and from 01/06/2024 to 28/07/2024), the class schedule is reduced by up to 50%. During holidays and during the summer academic break (from 23/12/2024 to 07/01/2024 and from 29/07/2024 to 01/09/2024), the classes offered may also be replaced by virtual-only classes.
