Postural Training
The class conducted by an instructor from the Sports Service, lasts 45 minutes in which joint mobility, stretching and back strengthening exercises are offered.
Small tools such as rubber bands, foam rolls and mats can be used in its performance.
Level
The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
