The rowing course is spread over three lessons conducted by instructors from the Ceresio rowing club in Gandria.

The course is held from 18:00 to 20:00.
 

Where

The course will take place at the società canottieri Ceresio. We recommend everyone to arrive on time at the indicated time. The venue can be reached on foot in approximately 10' walk from the car park or by bicycle.

Price

The cost for a single course, which includes 3 lessons, is as follows:

• Students USI/SUPSI: 90 CHF
• Collaborators USI/SUPSI: 120 CHF

Equipment

We recommend that you bring:

• Sports clothes (short/long shorts, T-shirt, k-way, trainers) and water bottle
• Sun protection if necessary (cream, hat, sunglasses)
• Necessary for showering;
• For those who wish, swimwear.
