Basket Competitiv

Basketball is a team sport played between two teams of five players each. The objective is to score points by passing the ball through a basket. The teams move around the court dribbling the ball and trying to create opportunities to score. Basketball requires physical skills such as agility, speed and endurance, along with team tactics.

The requirement is that participants already have an intermediate level of play.

Level

This class is intended for all students who have competed in this sport at a competitive level.

How to reach the Sport Hall

Equipment

It is compulsory to arrive with indoor trainers and sports clothing. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Changing rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall. 

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” or “Games” subscription holders or “Team Sports” subscription holders.
