Core Stability

 

Class dedicated to core strengthening, control and prevention. Free-body, or with the use of small equipment, exercise sequences are offered with the goal of improving coordination skills, balance and strength.

 

The 45-minute workout is also very helpful in preventing back problems.

Level

The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

How to reach the Sport Hall

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.
