Meditation
Meditation is a practice that brings benefits on the level of personal research and development: the everyday conceals the extraordinary although it escapes the eyes of the ego, our “discursive self.” The activity helps to approach deep relaxation of the whole body and its practice to develop awareness and concentration.
The meditation appointment is offered after the yoga class, and its complementary practice is ideal for maintaining body-mind balance during personal training.
Level
The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the gym.
