Meditation is a practice that brings benefits on the level of personal research and development: the everyday conceals the extraordinary though it eludes the eyes of the ego, our 'discursive self'. Quality of life becomes a concrete goal on the horizon as awareness and compassion cultivated ardently in the practice of meditation increase.


Two days a week, free frequency although the advice is to create continuity to install a solid and good habit.  


The course lasts 30 minutes and is open to all, both those who already know and practice meditation and those who are curious about it and want to try it out.

It is compulsory to arrive with indoor trainers and appropriate clothing for the activity. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Changing rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
