Power Stretch
With stretching, Pilates and yoga exercises, Power Stretch promotes the overall state of well-being by increasing flexibility, strength and body balance. The Power Stretch class is conducted by the specialized instructors of the Sports Service.
Some exercises involve the use of small tools (e.g., elastic bands, fitballs, foamrolls, etc.).
Level
The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
