Spartan Training
Spartan Training is a functional workout that relies on multi-joint movements that involve multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each appointment is 60 minutes in length and is a challenge with oneself in completing the challenges proposed by the specialized instructors of the Sports Service.
Exercises offered include push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lifts and rotations, which aim to improve strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Level
Fair physical fitness is required and therefore not suitable for beginners. If you have any doubts about your fitness, please contact sport@usi.ch.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
