Step Dance
Step Dance is a fitness class that aims to burn calories to the beat of music while having fun creating a dance choreography on the Step. The apparatus is used as a benchmark for performing some basic and complex steps that, in fluidity, are performed without pauses while improving coordination skills and aerobic endurance.
A 45-minute nonstop class full of fun, energy and dance.
Level
The class is suitable for everyone and a minimum sense of musical rhythm is necessary. The instructor will suggest workable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
