TRX is a medium-high intensity fitness class aimed at improving strength, endurance, balance and core strengthening skills. The equipment used allows for suspended exercises by taking advantage of gravity. The intensity is modulated through the inclination of our body, increasing or decreasing the effort according to one's level of training.

 

Functional training of the whole body is organized by the specialized instructors of the Sports Service who will offer different circuits of exercises with the help of music at each appointment, for a total duration of 45 minutes.

Level

The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Bookings are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.
