Volleyball Recreational
Volleyball is a team sport played on a rectangular court divided by a high net, with the goal of getting a ball over the net and touching the ground in the opponent's court or forcing opponents to make mistakes. Two teams, usually consisting of six players each, face each other trying to win points through fast and technical exchanges.
There are no technical drills planned; the session consists of free play organised by an instructor.
Level
The activity is suitable for all levels but a minimum knowledge of the discipline is still required.
Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel. Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Participation is free of charge for the university community in Mendrisio. However, registration with SFG Mendrisio is required.
