Winter Sports Workout
Preparing physically for the ski season is essential to improve performance and prevent injuries. Skiing requires strength, endurance, balance and agility, with a particular focus on the leg and core muscles, which are essential for maintaining control and stability on the slopes.
Targeted training combines muscle strengthening exercises, proprioception and explosive movements to simulate the physical demands of skiing. In this way, you develop not only the strength required to cope with challenging descents, but also the ability to handle rapid changes of direction and changing conditions on the mountain.
