Booking and cancellation rules for Classes and Games

In order to guarantee an optimal service for all subscribers, certain for booking and cancelling Classes and Games must be observed.
 

Please take note of the following rules:

• Book your class up to 30 minutes before the start of the class;
• You may cancel within 24 hours of the start of the class. Beyond that period, please send an email to sport@usi.ch;
• At each unreported absence, you receive a penalty. On the fourth, you receive a 30-day suspension;
• We ask all users to manage their registrations responsibly, avoiding booking an excessive number of lessons and then cancelling them frequently. The Sports Service Team constantly supervises activity and reserves the right to take action against abusers of the programme, including temporary suspension of the purchased product.
