The camp is offered over four weeks, and participants can join for one or more weeks.
The final dates will be announced as soon as flights to Kalamata become available.

Level and requirements
The camp is suitable both for those who would like to try the activities for the first time and for those who already have some basic experience.
To participate in the water sports activities, participants must be able to swim in open water and feel comfortable in the water.
The windsurfing, wingsurfing and sailing courses are mainly designed for beginners and participants with limited knowledge of the basic techniques.
The e-bike excursions do not involve any particular technical difficulties, but participants must be comfortable riding a bicycle and have basic cycling skills, including braking and changing gears.
Activities
During the week, a variety of sports activities are offered, led by USI Sport instructors and activity leaders and adapted, whenever possible, to the participants' level and weather conditions.
Windsurfing
The course introduces the basic techniques needed to control the board on different points of sail and perform the main manoeuvres, such as tacking and jibing.
The technical progression may include an introduction to using a harness, while the use of foot straps and planing are not included.
Boards of approximately 175–220 litres are used, together with training sails ranging approximately from 4 to 5.5 m².
Participants wishing to use boards with a volume below 175 litres must bring and organise their own equipment.
Wingsurfing
The course introduces participants to setting up and using the wing, initially on land and subsequently on the water.
Windsurf boards with a centreboard are used for practice. Boards equipped with a foil are not included in the course.
Participants wishing to practise wingfoiling must bring and organise their own equipment.
Sailing
The activity introduces the basic skills required to rig and sail Laser dinghies in light winds, including the main manoeuvres and changes of tack, such as tacking and jibing.
E-bike excursions
The excursions offer participants the opportunity to discover the surrounding area by e-bike, reaching places of natural, cultural and scenic interest.
Shorter excursions of approximately 2–3 hours or longer outings of around 4–5 hours may be offered.
The routes mainly follow paved roads and unpaved tracks and do not involve any particular technical difficulties.
E-bikes are provided by USI Sport.
Kayaking and stand-up paddling (SUP)
Depending on weather conditions, equipment availability and the organisation of the activities, participants may also have the opportunity to use kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
Accommodation
The USI Sport base is located at Erodios Camping, directly by the sea.
The base camp is set up on spacious camping pitches. Toilets with individual showers, a restaurant and a small grocery shop are located just a short walk away.
