Fencing For Everyone
Fencing is a sport that combines technique, agility and strategy. In this course, students will have the opportunity to learn the fundamental techniques of fencing while improving their speed, accuracy and responsiveness.
The course will focus on perfecting basic movements such as parries, attacks and riposte. Each lesson will consist of practical exercises aimed at developing coordination, body control and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in combat.
A crucial aspect of fencing is the mental aspect. Discipline requires constant concentration, quick decisions and the ability to anticipate your opponent's moves. In this course, you will learn how to improve your mental stamina, maintain calmness and lucidity under pressure, and use effective strategies in real time.
This course is suitable for everyone and offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and mental skills that are also reflected in other areas of daily life.
