Cold baths in the lake
Want to recharge your batteries, clear your mind and strengthen your body? Every Wednesday, we meet for 5 minutes of immersion in the lake, a ritual of wellness, breathing and connection with nature. No experience is necessary, just a desire to get involved and share a special moment together!

- They strengthen the immune system.
- They reduce inflammation and muscle pain.
- They increase energy, concentration and good mood.
- They stimulate metabolism and tone the skin.
- They train mental resilience and the ability to manage discomfort.

To enjoy the benefits to the fullest, we invite all participants to follow these guidelines:
- Avoid cold baths if you suffer from heart problems, high blood pressure or serious respiratory disorders. If in doubt, always seek medical advice.
- Never enter the water suddenly: immerse yourself slowly and breathe calmly.
- Warm up first with light movements and deep breaths.
- Start with short immersions (30–60 seconds) and gradually increase to 5 minutes.
- Always bathe with others and in safe areas with easy access and stable ground.
- After immersing yourself, dry off immediately, dress warmly and drink herbal tea or something hot.
- Avoid entering overly warm environments immediately after bathing: allow your body to readjust gradually.
- Do not do this if you are ill, have a fever or have just eaten too much.
