Hybrid Training
Hybrid Training is a fitness course designed for those who want to improve their aerobic capacity and muscle strength in a structured and effective way. The sessions combine running, skierg, rowing machine, functional exercises, weight training and high-intensity circuits, alternating cardiovascular stimulation and strength training. The aim is to increase endurance, power, coordination and effort management under fatigue.
Hybrid Training is ideal for preparing for indoor or outdoor hybrid competitions (Hyrox, Deka, Athx), but also for those who want to push their limits and reach a new level of performance in the gym. The activity lasts 45 minutes and is led by specialised instructors from the Sports Service, who will adapt the exercises to the participants' level.
Level
Fair physical fitness is required and therefore not suitable for beginners. If you have any doubts about your fitness, please contact sport@usi.ch.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
