Quality Fitness Sports Hall

At the Quality Fitness in Mendrisio, the USI/SUPSI academic community can make use of all the fitness equipment. There is an equipment room and a training room, changing rooms with lockers, showers and a sauna for relaxation.

All users who have a "Fitness Room" and/or "Classes and Games" subscription and belong to one of the following categories are eligible for access to the Fitness Room and/or Classes Room:

• USI students
• USI students in mobility
• SUPSI students (basic education only)
• Students from partner universities
• USI collaborators
• SUPSI collaborators

The Quality Fitness is open at the following times:

• Mon-Wed-Fri: 07:30-22:00
• Tue and Thu: 08:30-22:00
• Weekends: 09:00-17:00 (summer 13:00)

Equipment

It is compulsory to arrive with clean indoor shoes and a towel to place on benches, machines and mats.
There are two changing rooms with showers, hairdryers and toilets. Lockers are also available for compulsory use to store your belongings (nothing must remain on the benches or on the floor). To lock the locker, it is necessary to carry a padlock.
A sauna is also available for users (swimming costume compulsory. Shared use for both changing rooms).

MyWellness app

The 'MyWellness' app is available free of charge to all Sports Hall users. It offers support for using the machines and stores your workout in your personal profile. For users with a "Classes and Games" subscription, the app also allows them to book classes.
