Tennis Club Lido Lugano

The Tennis Club Lido Lugano offers all USI students the possibility of reserving the Lugano tennis courts at a reduced rate.

Six clay courts are available to the students.

Winter rate (from 1 November to 31 March)

The special price for students only is 30 CHF/hour + possibly 4 CHF/hour for lighting (we recommend 2 CHF coins for payment at the automatic machine).

Summer rate (from 1 April to 31 October)

The special price for students only is 20 CHF/hour + possibly 4 CHF/hour for lighting (we recommend you bring 2 CHF coins for payment at the automatic machine).

Where

The courts are located at the Tennis Club Lido Lugano in Viale Castagnola 8, 6900 Lugano.

Equipment

Participants should bring their own personal racket. We recommend bringing energy snacks and an isotonic drink or water.
Changing rooms with showers are available.

Please note that access to the courts is only permitted when wearing tennis shoes. If in doubt about the suitability of footwear, please contact the club.

Registration modalities

In order to reserve the courts, you must show your university card at the Lido Tennis Club bar/restaurant and pay for the desired reservations.
