Tennis Club Mendrisio

The Mendrisio Tennis Club offers all USI/SUPSI students up to the age of 25 the opportunity to book tennis courts in Mendrisio at a reduced price.

There are 3 indoor and 2 outdoor courts available to the students.

Indoor camps - winter period (18 September to 31 March)

Reduction available only for the C slot (Monday to Friday, except public holidays and pre-holidays): 08:15 to 12:15 and 21:30 to 22:30.

• Price: 20 CHF per hour.

In the event that a student plays in slot C on the indoor or outdoor courts with a non-student, his fee for the half court is CHF 10, while that of his partner is at the normal rate.

Outdoor camps - winter period (2 October to 24 March) and summer period (25 March to 29 September)

Every day of the week.

• Price 20 CHF per hour.

Becoming a Club Member

Becoming a member of the Club allows you to obtain reservation priority and to play for free on all courts during the following periods:

• Indoor camps: 1 April to 15 September;
• Outdoor camps: 25 March to 29 September.

The student membership fee amounts to CHF 180 and is tacitly renewed year by year.

Where

The courts are located at the Mendrisio Tennis Club in Via M. Ghioldi-Schweizer 8, 6850 Mendrisio.

Equipment

Participants should bring their own personal racket. We recommend bringing energy snacks and an isotonic drink or water.
Changing rooms with showers are available.

Please note that access to the courts is only permitted when wearing tennis shoes. If in doubt about the suitability of footwear, please contact the club.
