Aikido

Aikido

Aikido is a form of the martial arts offered by the Sport Service, known for its nonviolent approach to conflict resolution and its goal of harmonizing mind-body with nature. Unlike many other martial arts that focus on physical strength and direct confrontations, Aikido is based on the ability to absorb and harness the attacker's energy to deflect it and neutralize aggression.

The activity is conducted by a Ticino association with its own specialized monitors in cooperation with the Sports Service.
