Animal Flow

 

Animal Flow is a free-body training method based on animal-inspired movements, combining elements of gymnastics, yoga and breakdancing. It is performed mainly on the floor, using body weight to improve strength, mobility, coordination and motor control. 

 

The exercises are integrated into fluid sequences, known as ‘flow’, which stimulate balance, endurance and agility. It is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a fun and functional approach to movement.

Level

The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose practicable alternatives at any level.

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.
