Badminton

Badminton

Badminton is a hitting sport that can be played in singles or doubles.
The aim of the game is to hit the shuttlecock with a racket, causing it to go over a net and touch down on the opponent's court. The game is played indoors, in a school Sports Hall. Badminton players develop strength, agility and reflexes.

Technique and tactics exercises are not included. The appointment consists of free play led by a Sport Service monitor.

Level

The activity is suitable for all levels, but a minimum knowledge of the discipline is required. A monitor from the Sports Service will organise the game according to the number of participants and their level.
