Calisthenics is a discipline based on bodyweight training, using your own body weight to improve strength, balance, control, and mobility. It is suitable for all levels, from fitness enthusiasts to beginners, thanks to its versatility and progressiveness. 

 

Unlike other training methods that require complex equipment, calisthenics focuses on functional and natural movements, promoting harmonious physical development and greater body awareness.

Level

The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose practicable alternatives at any level.

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.
