Cardio Training

 

The Cardio Training class is organized by instructors at the East Campus Gymnasium and involves a station-based class focusing on cardiovascular training. For a quality workout, the user is provided with an armband that allows instant heart rate tracking that will help manage various intensities. During the class, machines such as a treadmill, spin bike, and rowing machine are used, and free-body exercises are also offered for a complete workout.

 

The class is conducted indoors and will be accompanied by a music playlist that engages and motivates the user.

Level

The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

How to reach the Sport Hall

Equipment

It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.

Partecipation

You can participate in classes by registering through the dedicated calendar. Reservations are reserved for “Classes & Games” subscription holders.

We invite all first-time users to come to the class at least 15 minutes before the start of the class. This will introduce the user to the new equipment and set up all the necessary adjustments for an optimal workout.
