Energy Flow
Energy Flow is a series of movements and postures derived from the first series of Ashtanga yoga: breathing, push-ups, twists, extensions, muscle strength and deep stretching are the components that are offered in a dynamic flow, to awaken the body and replenish energy throughout the day.
The activity lasts 1 hour and is led by yoga instructor Paola Elia.
Level
The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
Locker rooms with showers are available in the Sports Hall.
