Taijiquan
Taijiquan, also known as Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese practice that combines elements of martial arts, meditation and gymnastics. It is based on the philosophy of Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine and is practiced to improve health, increase awareness and promote mental and physical balance.
The activity is conducted by a Ticino association with its own specialized monitors in cooperation with the Sports Service.
Level
The class is suitable for everyone. The instructor will propose viable alternatives at any level.

Equipment
It is mandatory to show up with indoor trainers and sportswear. Bring a bottle of water (or isotonic drink) and a towel.
