Tennis Table

Ping Pong

Table tennis, commonly known as table tennis, is a racquet sport played on a rectangular table divided into two halves by a net. The main objectives of the game are to hit a ball from one side of the table to the other using rackets, trying to get it past the net so that the opponent cannot return it or drop it on their side of the table.

A Sport Service instructor leads the class and alternates exercises to improve personal technique with moments of free play.
