A snow holiday in the heart of the SkiArena Andermatt–Sedrun ski area, designed for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders.
During the camp, participants can ski or snowboard throughout the ski area, accompanied by the USI Sport team or independently, organising their day according to their level and preferences.
For those wishing to improve their technique or try new disciplines, optional ski, snowboard, telemark and cross-country skiing lessons will also be offered. Depending on conditions and equipment availability, participants will also have the opportunity to try freeride skis.
Level
The camp is intended for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders who are already independent on the slopes.
To participate, you must be able to use ski lifts independently and confidently ski or snowboard on challenging red slopes, adapting to different snow and weather conditions.
Courses for beginners are not available.
Programme
The days will be mainly dedicated to skiing and snowboarding in the SkiArena Andermatt–Sedrun ski area.
USI Sport instructors will accompany participants in exploring the different areas of the resort, choosing slopes and routes according to snow and weather conditions and the characteristics of the group.
Participants who prefer to do so may also ski or snowboard independently, organising their day freely.
Optional technical lessons and opportunities to try different disciplines and equipment will also be offered during the stay.
The programme may be modified depending on weather and snow conditions and the opening of the ski lifts.
Technical lessons
During the camp, optional technical lessons will be offered in:
- skiing;
- snowboarding;
- telemark skiing;
- cross-country skiing.
Lessons will last half a day and will be led by the USI Sport team.
The cost of each half-day lesson is:
- CHF 10.– for students;
- CHF 20.– for staff members.
For cross-country skiing lessons, the necessary equipment is included in the lesson price.
Registration and payment for the lessons will take place directly on site during the camp.
Meals and accommodation
Accommodation is provided at the National Winter Sports Centre in Andermatt.
Depending on the selected option and availability, the following accommodation is available:

Transport

To reduce the environmental impact, we recommend travelling to Andermatt by public transport. The accommodation is approximately 5 minutes on foot from Andermatt railway station.
For participants travelling by car, a limited number of tickets for an outdoor car park will be available to students at a cost of CHF 5.– per day.
Participation
Priority is given to USI and SUPSI students and staff members.
Due to high demand and the limited number of places available, registrations from other participant categories will only be confirmed if places remain available.
Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received, with priority given first to students, then to staff members and finally to external accompanying persons.
Participation will only be confirmed once the participation fee has been paid. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment link.
