Self Care – Wellness Programme for Collaborators
A programme of physical and postural activities for collaborators, organized in mini-classes of 8 participants. Classes are held in the Classes Room of the East Campus Sports Hall with a continuous programme on a semester basis.
The Self Care programme is exclusively for USI academic and administrative staff. Students are invited to view the “Classes & Games” offering.

- Individual activities: 80 CHF*
- Purchase of 2 or more activities: 50% discount
- Purchase after the course has already started: 5 CHF reduction for each lesson missed
*Users with an annual “Classes & Games” subscription receive a 50% discount.
The sale of subscriptions will be monitored and blocked if the maximum number of participants is reached. In addition, an activity will only start if there is a minimum number of participants.

Activity description
- Pancafit: 50-minute class suitable for everyone, based on the Raggi Method. The session focuses on postural rebalancing through comprehensive work on muscle chains, with decompensated stretching and breathing techniques to release deep tension. Improvement in posture, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Yoga: Yoga practice suitable for everyone to develop harmony and balance, strength and flexibility, awareness and breathing. Ideal for body and mind.
- Country Line Dance: Gentle cardio, rhythm, and coordination to free your body and mind through dance. Simple, dynamic choreography improves motor memory and relieves stress. A journey through country and modern music that boosts energy and good mood. No partner is needed: line dancing is suitable for everyone.
- Pilates: Pilates classes focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Through controlled movements, you work on balance, alignment, and muscle coordination. Suitable for everyone, it helps tone the body, reduce tension, and promote overall well-being.
- Metabolic Training: Total body workout using body weight and small equipment, circuit training: suitable for everyone, moderate and guided step by step. Improves strength and endurance, stimulates the cardiovascular system, and promotes overall well-being.
Registration and payment
Please note that participation in the events is reserved for those who are genuinely motivated to complete the entire cycle of twelve meetings. The number of places available is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To participate, you must send a request by email to the Sport Service. You will then receive a link to complete your purchase.
