Stay fit with us – Summer sports programme in Lugano and Mendrisio
During the summer, the Sport Service will continue to offer a full schedule of in-person classes in Lugano and Mendrisio. For those who prefer to train independently, the Lugano Fitness Room will remain open at all times. Also the Mendrisio Fitness Room will also be accessible for much of the holiday season.
For those who love spending time outdoor, there will be no shortage of hiking excursions, e-MTB tours, SUP rides and
outdoor workouts, the perfect way to keep fit and have fun together with USI Sport this summer.

Lugano
During the summer period, the Lugano Fitness Room and Classes Room will remain open. The Fitness Room will follow its regular timetable. Around 20 classes will also be offered weekly, which can be attended by Classes & Games subscription holders.
For any questions and/or needs, the Sport Service staff will be at your disposal on weekdays via email at sport@usi.ch or in the Sports Hall between 10:00-12:30 and 15:00-17:00.

The Fitness Room will remain regularly open seven days a week, including public holidays, from 06:00 to 23:00.

In-person classes offer a wide range of classes from postural to toning, including functional training and outdoor sessions.

Mendrisio
During the summer period, Quality Fitness in Mendrisio will remain open.
The Fitness Room with some exceptions will follow the normal schedule while the Classes programme in Mendrisio will continue with the regular schedule.

- Mon-Wed-Fri: 07:30-22:00
- Tue and Thu: 08:30-22:00
- Saturday: 09:00-17:00
- Holidays and Sundays: 09:00-13:00
The Sports Hall will be closed on Friday, August 1.Classes schedule
Even during the vacations, Quality Fitness instructors will offer a wide range of postural, endurance and strength training on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
All classes in Mendrisio will be held at the Quality Fitness Sports Hall. Classes will not be offered on Friday, Aug. 1 (National holiday).
